I have a tomtom go 520. I recently updated it on the internet and subsequently got error messages when planning a journey. If I want to go from hartlepool to pertsmouth, I will get the dialogue `error during planning`, but if I go from hartlepool to sheffield it works ok. What do you think it is and how much would it cost to fix?

Hi. I have had the IXL-ROUTES tom tom for about 5 months. When I turned it on the other day to drive somewhere it wanted me to select the language again, then left or right hand side driver, km/miles etc. When it came to selecting time I would do this and then it wouldn`t go on any further. After 10 sec or so it would switch itself off and go back to the start again. Doing it all again and it would freeze on the setting of the time again. I have formatted device, saved maps etc, reloaded map etc and still ame problem. Device was working 10 mins before I went to use it and discovered this problem so it was working. I have tried reseting it and formating it which hasn`t worked. Tom tom Australia said that it would need to be repaired?Thanks
