I live in Bolton, I made several attempts to put the word Bolton into the dialogue box, for some reason you couldn`t get you, my problem is this, by tom-tom is fully charged and when I switch on. It comes on, and everything is working, apart from the screen, there is no brightness, I`ve tried everything I possibly can, I checked their daytime colours and the nighttime colours, I checked the brightness settings, but the matter what I do scream won`t come any brighter, it flickers and makes attempts to come on but never gets there, it is possible for you to diagnose the problem and repair, please could you send me a quote, regards, Laurence Hennessy.
